Scarwood Reach is the only zone with these Hunting quests for rare mobs. There is only one list of mobs that drop the quest starters. Examine the starter to get the Delivery quest to go give the trophy to one of two NPCs depending on your faction. The NPC trades you a token for it.You can then use the tokens to complete one of the two quests for your faction. This raises your Notoriety with the hunter's so you can buy nifty gear.

All of the Rare mobs roam: if there are coordinates noted he was seen or killed there so expect him to be found in that general vicinity. Area names are more important here than coordinates. Remember, they are all non-aggressive (yellow names) until attacked so take your time.
Here is the Coordinates Map. If you kill all of them, you can get Big Game Hunter achievement in this zone.
It's a stupid caster elite, easy to defeat. It is just circling a high mound of rocks.
I found him just coming up from the ground behind a tree.
He patrols a lot and is a level Rare Spawn 34 elite Scorpion type mob. He does seem to roam a lot. He has about 8k health and crit hit me for ~2k HP, so make sure to bring at least another player if you're at level with him. He's a BEAST.
A level 32 rare non elite dragon whelp that patrols through Granitewood Haunt. >Found him under the big tree stump, 3382, 4200. Walking a circular path around under it. Drops an quest trigger item that when turned in rewards a Perspice hunting token for the quest "Stalking Prey." Can turn you into a squirrel.
Rare Elite cat mob. It's patrolling around the base of a large stump. It's also found roaming under a tree at the defiant Logger's Run Foothold, literally right on top of the wardstone. Patrols Iron Fall and drops a trophy for Perspice quest.
He starts off burrowed. Targeting macros won't find it (if you're using one). Tab-target to get a lock, and hit it with an ability to surface it. He will also sometimes get bugged and look like he is flying if he is passing over terrain created by a nearby rift.
There's a very good reason you can't "see" Corpsegrinder....He's stealthed. You can either run around using a /tar Corpsegrinder macro, or you can do as someone else said and buy a Hunter Tracker Potion at Kain's Command.
The tracker potion will make him show up as a yellow triangle in the Timar Foothills, typically around 2780, 3810. Good luck! He hits hard.
It follows a long path and crosses in front of the Defiant outpost of Scarwood Reach. It's also found in Infested Range.
A cute ant-like, bug looking creature located a little north-east of Granite Watch in Scarwood Reach. Wanders around the tree at his location.
Level 32 located at: 3692, 4242 and his route ends at about 3850, 4320
He walks the trail at the middle level surrounding Auld Warden.
This is probably the easiest of the Scarwood hunts as he's not elite and lower level. He was patting between 2 tree stumps north of the defiant town of Perspice.
Also it's found him around the same coordinates as everyone else, but with an odd bug. I decided to do a /tar Ironfang and to my surprise it picked him up. So I rode to where the arrow was pointing and there were two Barkbristle Tuskers that were bugged and not moving at all and one of them actually had Ironfang targeted (even though Ironfang was not visible). I killed the two boars and as soon as I did, Ironfang spawned.
He is at the very top of the tree, not the bottom. He is gargoyle, has approximetaly 7500 health and hits hard. Recommended that you take a group for this fight.
An Elite satyr, one of the zone's Rare Elite hunting targets. He is found pathing between the final room and the ledge above the main stairs, just beyond the room with Carwin Mathos's Journal.
This guy patrols back and forth beneath the third set of stairs at Lord's Hall. I Found he spawns at the exit, which would be the northern end of the tunnel. I have confirmed his respawn at 10 minutes.
It was unable to solo this mob at Level 38.
Found not too far outside King's Breach at about 3338, 4144. He was on the move so look around there and he is an elite so might need 1 or 2 people with you. He drops one of the hunting trophies as well.
Razorback Terror can be found swimming in the water below the Keenblade Mill. He has approximetaly 6325 health and is a very easy fight. (Level-32 non-elite) Usually patrolling around 3830, 4020.
Patrols in a circle roughly centered a cords 3990, 4650 The path roughly follows the circle of buildings in the area. Mob is elite, non hostile and was not solo able at level.
Rotwhip is particularly nasty for an elite. Bring healing, if you can!
Bird flying around Timar Foothills. Level 34 elite with 7200 HP - wanders area around 3200,3700 around the big tree with the Rockeye Lurkers. After a while will wander west to Shatterbone camp for a bit before coming back.
Rare Elite patrols all around Granitewood Crossing.
Found in cave hiding Thedeor's Shrine under the road up to The Sagespire in Scarwood Reach. You will go here during the quest: The Long, Dark Watch
I would highly suggest going to about [2613,3926] and running north along the cliff side. This was the safest most direct path into the gave, which is full of ghosts. If you are in the same position as myself, you will find a rift about 2 feet from the front door of that cave. Save yourself some time and don't run through it.
Medium Sized green spider. Can be found around the Carwin's Shrine. Seen specifically at 3600, 3650. Just watched him spawn at 3518,3828.
Found in Scarwood Reach where Trollblight Caverns, Granitewood Haunt, and Lotham's Strike subzones intersect. The hunters in Kain's Command will tell you Vilehide has been spotted roaming near Trollblight Caverns, to the south, if he is spawned.
This is an elite lizard with 8k hp, so don't expect to kill him without taking a beating yourself. I kited him as a Marksman after he killed my wimpy level 30 boar. The few hits he did land on me were pretty hard. If you can heal or mitigate his damage it shouldn't be a problem burning through 8k. I found him by the going to Trollblight Caverns and then turn away from them towards the pits with wooden walkways. He was walking along the path there. He is a yellow tag, so he will not aggro you unless you attack him first.
