Recommended gear levels for this instance is full T1/T2 gear with 220 hit/focus or 150 toughness.
Gilded Prophecy is the first 10 man raid instance introduced by Trion in patch 1.2. 10 man instances are catered towards smaller raid forces who do not plan on doing 20 man raids, so if you are a 20 man guild it is perfectly fine if you skip this content. I would not recommend it, though, as the instance does give valuable loot which could help you progress in 20 man content. The raid instance is earth based, which means earth resist will help a large amount, but is not needed to complete the instance.
This is their entry level 10 man raid instance so consider this "raiding 101" for 10 man raid groups. Gear item level is similar to that of Greenscale's Blight and River of Souls, and some of the pieces are even much better than what you would get in those 20 man instances. A full clear grants you 8 Marks of Ascension which can be used to purchase tier 1 raid gear.
Sadly, there is no Conqueror achievement for Gilded Prophecy which means there is no special item to get from completing all of the achievements.
In order to enter this instance you must have one raid member who has purchased the 25,000 planarite sight which allows you to see the instance in Shimmersand.
You cannot go to the next boss until you defeat the one before it, resulting in only one path available for progression.
